About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and scale secure infrastructure powering enterprise-grade digital identity and verification platforms.

You will play a key role in building highly available Kubernetes environments, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, improving infrastructure reliability, and enforcing security and compliance standards in regulated environments.

This role is ideal for engineers with strong cloud, automation, containerization, and infrastructure architecture experience who thrive in complex, production-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure environments
• Build and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and rollback
• Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using Python, Bash, and Groovy
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across production environments
• Implement centralized logging, observability, and monitoring solutions
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues
• Enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and vulnerability management
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and platform reliability
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and/or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Strong Linux systems administration experience
• Experience with Docker or Podman containerization platforms
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Ansible, or similar tools)
• Proficiency in scripting using Python and Bash
• Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure architecture concepts
• Experience with AWS or other major cloud providers
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and high-availability systems
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or OWASP
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience

• Experience with VMware ESXi and bare-metal infrastructure
• Experience with MLOps environments or AI infrastructure
• Knowledge of secret management and data privacy practices
• Experience conducting or supporting penetration testing activities
• Familiarity with database and media storage optimization concepts
• Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
