Responsibilities:
- Strong experience with infrastructure code of all the objects in repositories & infrastructure code review
- Documenting in Wiki and Github repos
- CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure
- CI and CD pipelines for existing and new services
- Production, Operation and Services environments quality
- Regular maintenance tasks
- Taking part in duty shift (if necessary)
- Infrastructure part of new/changing services architecture
- Problems Root-Cause Analysis
- Handling process of infrastructure problems resolution and deploy to environment
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of DevOps experience
Kubernetes: Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and internals.

- Hands-on experience designing and operating production Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking (CNI, Services, Ingress, DNS, Load Balancing).
- Experience implementing RBAC, Pod Security Standards, Network Policies, and security best practices.
- Experience with cluster autoscaling (Cluster Autoscaler and/or Karpenter), HPA, and VPA.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- GitOps: Extensive experience with Argo CD.
- Designing and maintaining GitOps workflows.
- Experience with ApplicationSets and the App-of-Apps pattern.
- Managing deployments across multiple Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong knowledge of Helm
AWS: Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including: EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ALB/NLB, NFW

- Experience designing secure and scalable AWS networking architectures.
- Experience working in multi-account AWS environments.
Infrastructure as Code:

- Expert knowledge of Terraform.
- Experience managing infrastructure across multiple environments and AWS accounts.
- Experience performing infrastructure migrations with minimal or zero downtime.
CI/CD: Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI
- Infrastructure deployment automation.
- Infrastructure testing and validation.
Containers:
- Strong Docker knowledge.
- Experience optimizing Dockerfiles.
- Container security best practices.
Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, ELK or OpenSearch
- English language, level B1 minimum (at least ability to communicate in chat/email, write tech documents)
- Responsibility, accountability, communication skills and problem solving
Nice to have:
Cilium, Istio, Karpenter, External Secrets Operator, cert-manager, Kyverno, HashiCorp Vault, Go or Python for automation
