Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate Change, Incident, Problem, Deployment and Release processes in
line with ITIL practices.
Take ownership of requests and incidents, acting as a Single Point of Contact for IT users
and technical teams.
Monitor operational issues, coordinate follow-up actions and support Root Cause Analysis
activities.
Define, implement and maintain release and deployment processes, including planning,
packaging, documentation and risk assessment.
Support CI/CD processes and automation using enterprise DevOps tools.
Maintain and administer toolchains including Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Nexus,
SonarQube, Jira, Matomo and Codescene.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot applications and middleware across Linux and
Windows environments.
Support Java-based enterprise platforms and technologies including JavaEE, JBoss EAP,
SpringBoot, Tomcat, Nginx and Apache.
Troubleshoot database-related incidents involving Sybase ASE and Oracle.
Produce and maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, operational
runbooks and technical configurations.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of relevant senior-level professional experience.
Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, release management and CI/CD delivery in
enterprise environments.
Good understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly incident, problem, change,
deployment and release management.
Proven experience managing enterprise platforms and DevOps tools such as Jenkins,
GitHub, Nexus, SonarQube, Jira Data Center or Cloud and Azure DevOps.
Experience with on-premise enterprise environments and complex operational support
models.
Experience with middleware configuration and administration, including JavaEE, JBoss
EAP, SpringBoot, Tomcat, Nginx and Apache.
Experience troubleshooting enterprise databases, particularly Sybase ASE and Oracle.
Experience working across Linux and Windows environments, including performance
monitoring and debugging.
Scripting or programming experience in Bash, Groovy, Python, Java or equivalent
languages.
Fluency in English and strong English technical-writing skills; French is an advantage.
