Senior DevOps Platform Engineer

Have you been part of an agile team that built or evolved an enterprise-grade DevOps platform? Are you experienced in designing and delivering tailored developer workplace solutions? Do you place equal importance on developer experience and security - and know how to seamlessly integrate “Sec” into DevOps? Are you also confident in leveraging AI to enhance modern software development?

For our DevOps Platform team in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and versatile professional with a strong technical background and a passion for platform engineering and automation. If you thrive on delivering an exceptional developer experience, balancing the diverse needs of development teams, and implementing robust automation aligned with best practices and standards, we would love to hear from you.

What would your role be?

• Design, build, operate, and continuously improve a scalable, resilient platform and workplaces for our development teams.

• Enable automation through CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and self-service tooling.

• Demonstrate deep expertise in Azure cloud, automation tooling, and programming languages.

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and efficiency.

• Drive DevOps security by implementing secure coding standards, SAST/DAST, and software supply chain security, while embedding security best practices across the entire software development lifecycle.

• Support the adoption of cutting-edge AI coding assistants and autonomous agents, shaping how they are used to improve developer experience and engineering workflows.

• Act as a trusted partner to development teams by actively supporting, guiding, and educating engineers, driving best practices, and fostering a strong DevOps culture across the organization.

What are we looking for?

• Familiar with different tools and solutions regarding developer workplaces, CI/CD, code security, AI coding assistance.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Highly motivated, committed, used to taking on responsibility and eager to continuously develop yourself further.

• Agile, flexible and appreciative working in an energetic, dynamic team.

• Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an advantage.
