Senior E-commerce Growth & Performance Specialist (For Salla Merchants)

We’re looking for a Senior E-commerce Growth & Performance Specialist with hands-on experience in online store growth, digital performance, and e-commerce execution.

This role is built for someone who understands how digital marketing impacts store performance - from traffic and campaigns to conversion and sales.

Key Responsibilities المهام الرئيسية

• Develop and execute growth-focused digital strategies for online stores.

• Monitor store and campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and sales.

• Analyze performance data and turn it into practical actions and recommendations.

• Plan and support digital campaigns across key channels such as paid media, promotions, and seasonal pushes.

• Work closely with merchants to improve store readiness, campaign quality, and commercial performance.

• Identify gaps in product visibility, offer positioning, or customer journey that may impact store growth.

Requirements

*    3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or online store growth.

3 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة العملية في التجارة الإلكترونية أو التسويق المبني على الأداء أو نمو المتاجر الإلكترونية * Direct experience working with online stores (Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms).

Preferred / Nice to Have يفضل وجوده

*    Experience with Salla or similar GCC e-commerce ecosystems

خبرة في دعم العروض الموسمية أو الحملات البيعية أو إطلاق المنتجات * Ability to work across multiple store types or brands
