Senior Electrical Engineer BESS

Currently we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and optimize electrical system designs for renewable energy projects (BESS, PV, Hybrid), including medium and high-voltage power systems;
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield analysis to optimize project design;
• Manage grid connection requirements, liaise with utilities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards;
• Define technical specifications for electrical components (transformers, inverters, switchgear, cables, etc.) and assist in procurement processes;
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure safety, quality, and performance;
• Work closely with civil, mechanical, and project management teams to ensure project success;
• Lead technical conversations with manufacturers of equipment;
• Lead technical conversations with the clients;
• Supporting the contracting team in the preparation of complete technical package.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
• Strong knowledge of power systems, grid interconnection, and electrical design tools (PVSyst, AutoCAD, etc.);
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and Outlook;
• Previous experience in large-scale utility solar farms, wind parks, BESS or hybrid renewable systems is considered as an advantage;
• Strong command of English;
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed;
• Driving license.
