Role Overview

As a Senior Engineer, you'll be a driving force in integrating AI into our platform, working closely with dynamic, cross-functional product teams. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for AI, designing and implementing intelligent features, and inspiring others to embrace the power of AI. This role is about more than just coding; it's about leading the charge in AI tooling adoption and building AI powered features that customers love.

AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions, with a strong understanding of various AI paradigms (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing).

Technical Prowess: A strong technical background in modern software development (Typescript, React), distributed systems, and data-intensive applications. You understand what it takes to build robust, scalable, and intelligent software.

Execution & Delivery: Ability to drive the implementation of AI features from concept to production, manage priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality software, predictably.

Evangelism & Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You love inspiring others about AI.

Collaborative Spirit: A genuine passion for working seamlessly across engineering, product, and design functions.

Leadership/Mentorship Experience: Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding other engineers in AI/ML projects.

Workflow/BPA Focused Background: Experience in Workflow software or process automation products, understanding how AI can enhance business processes.

Open Source Contributions: A history of contributing to open-source AI projects or sharing knowledge within the AI community.

Coaching Mindset: A strong coaching and developer growth mindset, eager to help individuals on your team understand and leverage AI.
