Digital Services team develops and supports digital, connected and data-driven solutions for the mining industry.

Your responsibilities

• Design and support industrial network and OT connectivity solutions.
• Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls and secure communications.
• Integrate CMS, IIoT and edge systems with plant networks.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning and site deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot network, cybersecurity and digital system issues.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to project teams.
• Coordinate with automation, IT, site and third-party engineering teams.
• Maintain network, cybersecurity and commissioning documentation.

What you bring

• Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Bring experience in industrial networking and OT environments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and industrial Ethernet.
• Bring experience with firewalls, VPNs and network security.
• Understand PLC/DCS, SCADA, CMS and IIoT connectivity.
• Have experience supporting commissioning and field troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be willing to travel to customer sites as required.
