Senior ERP Solutions Specialist - HCM

The Senior ERP Solutions Specialist is responsible for leading business requirement analysis, solution design, and system configurations. Provides different ERP implementation deliverables and conducts training sessions, ensures data integrity, and provides strategic recommendations for ERP optimization. Collaborates with stakeholders for seamless ERP deployment and enhancement.

• Analyze and interpret customer business requirements to design comprehensive and scalable ERP solutions.

• Lead the implementation of application setup throughout various project phases, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

• Develop, validate, and optimize key ERP implementation deliverables, including solution design documents, user guides, test scripts, and other critical documentation.

• Provide expert-level post-implementation support, ensuring timely issue resolution in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Design and conduct various types of training sessions for clients, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.

• Develop deep expertise in SCM-related products, continuously enhancing knowledge and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Monitor on project progress and system performance through structured daily and weekly reports for key stakeholders.

• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related field

Min 4 years of Experience in End to End Oracle ERP Implementation

Oracle Certified Implementation Professional – Payroll Cloud, Talent Management Cloud, Global HR Cloud, Recruiting Cloud, Compensation Cloud / Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Learning Cloud, Benefits Cloud / Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) / Python Data Structures / Using Python to Access Web Data / Oracle EBS R12.1 HCM Essentials 1Z0-548

• SQL / PLSQL, including optimization techniques and performance tuning.

• Forms Personalization for enhancing and modifying standard functionalities.

• Approvals Management Engine (AME) to configure approval workflows.

• Oracle HCM API for system integrations.

• Data migration, including Data Loader, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and SQL scripts.

• Oracle Workflow Builder for customizing workflow processes.
