Senior Estimating Lead

Senior Estimating LeadThis role is focused on enabling and coaching estimating and project teams in the effective use of InEight Estimate and InEight Control. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role leverages practical estimating experience to guide teams in building high-quality, standardized estimates that support reliable cost control, forecasting, and execution.

This is not a hands-on estimating role—success is measured by the capability built within teams, the quality of estimate structures, and consistent adoption of InEight and Estimate Conformance practices.
