As Senior Event Manager for Dead by Daylight, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact live and digital events that engage our community of player, amplify brand visibility, and support key marketing beats. You’ll collaborate closely with brand, community, marketing creative and production teams to deliver immersive experiences and memorable presence.In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting experiences that deepen our connection with the community and bring the game’s horror and lore into the real world.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and own the global event roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and game milestones.
  • Define event goals, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with brand and community teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies to showcase Dead by Daylight brand at horror conventions, gaming events, fan meetups, and other community-driven events.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work closely and ensure consistent messaging and lore integration across all event touchpoints, including Brand Marketing, Community, PR, Influence, and Game Production teams.
  • Source and manage agencies, venues, production crews, and technical providers.
  • Analyze event performance and player feedback to inform future initiatives, and deliver post-mortem reports with actionable insights and recommendations .
  • What we are looking for:

  • ​​5-9 years of experience​ in a similar role.
  • Experience with live in-person events.
  • Experience managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Major bonus if you have experience streaming.
  • Dans ce rôle vous devrez:

  • Développer et gérer la roadmap globale des événements en alignement avec les campagnes marketing et les jalons du jeu;
  • Définir les objectifs des événements, les KPIs et les indicateurs de succès en collaboration avec les équipes Brand et Community;
  • Concevoir et exécuter des stratégies pour promouvoir la marque Dead By Daylight lors de conventions d’horreur, événements gaming, rencontres de fans et autres événements communautaires;
  • Gérer les budgets, les délais, les prestataires et la logistique pour assurer une exécution fluide;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes pour garantir un message cohérent et l’intégration du lore à tous les points de contact événementiels, incluant Brand Marketing, Community, PR, Influence et Game Production;
  • Identifier et gérer les agences, lieux, équipes de production et prestataires techniques;
  • Analyser la performance des événements et les retours des joueurs pour orienter les initiatives futures, et produire des rapports post-événement avec des recommandations concrètes.
  • Ce que nous recherchons:

  • 5 à 9 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire;
  • Expérience dans l’organisation d’événements en présentiel;
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets avec des parties prenantes internes et externes;
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership et en résolution de problèmes;
  • Très bonnes capacités de communication et de négociation;
  • Un plus important si vous avez de l’expérience dans le streaming.
