Senior Executive (Enforcement Department)

[What the role is]

You support the effective delivery of field enforcement operations through operational planning, quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers to ensure enforcement operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and operational standards.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following:

• Support the planning, coordination and implementation of enforcement operations and related initiatives
• Conduct audits, reviews, and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to enforcement protocols and contractual obligations
• Review public feedback, appeal and case representations, assess enforcement records, and evidence, and provide recommendations in accordance with prevailing policies and guidelines
• Assist in the implementation of process improvement and innovation projects to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  

[What we are looking for]

What we are looking for:

• Relevant working experience in enforcement, investigations, operations, audit, quality assurance, or project management would be advantageous
• Relevant working experience in customer-facing roles
• Able to assess complex situations and exercise sound judgement
• A good team player who can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Keen interest in environmental public health
• Mature, independent, and resourceful
• Able to withstand pressure and maintain a firm but professional stance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail
• Able to work beyond office hours – nights and on weekends and public holidays if required
