Senior Executive-Warehouse

Job Description

Responsible for proper storage of Finished goods and Raw materials as per cGMP norms.
Responsible for data entry in S4 HANA (SAP) & eWMS system and control of inventory of packing materials.
Responsible for compliance of regulatory requirements as per cGMP norms.

• Responsible for handling and storage of Finished goods. packing and Raw materials.
• Responsible to coordinate with cross-functional department, Production, QA, QC, Engg, planning for smooth planning and follow-up as per routine activities in warehouse.
• Timely dispensed and issuance of batch as per manufacturing requirement and arrangement of in process container (IPC) and planning for timely batch releases.
• Responsible for correct data entry and handling of eWMS program in SAP system.
• Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms.
• Responsible for disposal of rejected/LRN and Write-off materials and its documentation.
• Responsible for timely and correct material dispensing and issuance to production for manufacturing.
• Responsible to ensure EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) related activities to be completed on time and to support EHS activities as per the requirements.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of safety compliance at work place.
• Responsible to maintain good hygiene, safety practices and cGMP practices.
