Senior Field Supervisor
AI Summary
About GridwareGridware is a San Francisco-based technology company dedicated to protecting and enhancing the electrical grid. We pioneered a groundbreaking new class of grid management called active grid response (AGR), focused on monitoring the electrical, physical, and environmental aspects of the grid that affect reliability and safety.
About this role
The Senior Field Supervisor will lead Gridware's in-field team members— the people who manage technicians that partner with utility crews to install Gridscopes for our customers and report to the Senior Manager, Field Operations. This role owns the day-to-day performance, development, and standards of the on-the-ground field team as Gridware scales across customers, regions, and into international markets.
This is a player-coach role. You'll still be on site at peak install windows and to check in on projects and crews, but increasingly your job is making sure the supervisors on your team have what they need to make good calls in the field, hold a consistent quality bar, and develop into stronger leaders themselves.
