- Evaluate AI-generated output for factual accuracy, logical consistency, clarity and practical production gains.
5. Optimise through data and user insights
- Analyse content reach, quality engagement, interactions and subsequent user behaviour.
- Identify gaps in content supply and distribution, recommend actionable improvements, and validate their impact through data.
- Use performance insights to improve editorial planning, content formats and distribution strategies.
6. Collaborate with product and operations teams
- Translate editorial and operational needs into product requirements.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance content hubs, operational tools and product features.
- Document and scale repeatable editorial methods, workflows and best practices.

- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin: edit English content and collaborate across markets.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content work; able to translate editorial needs into production rules and workflows, and identify factual, logical and expression issues in generated content.
