At WMH Solutions, we’re hiring a Senior Forklift Technician to lead advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and field service excellence across material handling and heavy equipment fleets.

🔍 Role Snapshot- Experience: 5+ years (forklifts, heavy equipment, diesel, or industrial)
- Focus: Electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, advanced troubleshooting
- Schedule: Full-time, field-based
- Territory: Local service area
- Vehicle: Company van (take home)
- Equipment: Company van, tablet, fuel card
- Travel Time: 100% paid
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair forklifts & material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, sensors, controllers & motors
- Perform hydraulic repairs (hoses, pumps, valves, cylinders)
- Conduct & complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians
- Communicate directly with customers on repairs and recommendations

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years as a forklift technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technician
- Strong electrical & hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics & wiring diagrams
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE certification preferred (not required)
