Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications across desktop, web, and database platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Java Swing, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL, along with working knowledge of C++ and C# to support integration, maintenance, and enhancement of existing software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, contributing to system architecture decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable applications.

Key responsabilities

Application Development

• · Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java 17 and Java Swing, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL.

• · Develop reusable components, services, and libraries.

• · Implement and consume RESTful APIs and integration services.

• · Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant.

System Architecture & Design

• · Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.

• · Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements.

• · Define coding standards and best practices.

• · Contribute to modernization and migration initiatives.

Database Management

• · Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, schemas, stored procedures, and queries.

• · Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.

• · Ensure data integrity, security, and backup/recovery practices.

Cross-Technology Development

• · Support, develop and maintain components written in C++ and C#.

• · Develop integration points between legacy and modern applications.

• · Troubleshoot issues across multiple technology stacks.

Quality & DevOps

• · Write clean, maintainable, documented code.

• · Conduct code reviews.

• · Maintain automated tests.

• · Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities.

• · Resolve production and performance issues.

Leadership & Collaboration

• · Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• · Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Architects, and Business Analysts.

• · Participate in sprint planning and technical reviews.

• · Act as a technical subject matter expert.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

Experience

• · 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• · Proven experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
