Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are in search of a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and an impressive skill set in visual design. The ideal candidate will possess up-to-date knowledge of the industry and be adept at delivering design solutions with high visual impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and create compelling graphic packages for a variety of projects, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
• Develop and refine graphics, icons, presentations, and illustrations
  
• Craft content and visuals for web advertisements, graphical banners, templates, and social media promotion materials
• Generate new design concepts, graphics, and layouts with a creative mindset
• Present rough drafts, conceptualize ideas, and participate in brainstorming sessions
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Establish project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines
• Engage in constructive feedback sessions to refine and perfect designs

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or a related field
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic design skills
• A creative, innovative, and resourceful personality with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• Proven ability to collaborate well within a team environment and meet strict deadlines
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools is a strong advantage
