Mentor and elevate the team: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior and mid-level designers, fostering technical craft and creative confidence.
Experience & Background
What you'll need (Must-haves)

Senior-level design portfolio: A strong portfolio spanning both static and motion design, demonstrating original thinking, strong craft, and end-to-end execution across multiple formats.

Advanced technical toolset: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) alongside familiarity with Figma.

Multi-format campaign expertise: Proven experience developing storyboards, motion systems, and static designs tailored for diverse channels (campaigns, OOH, digital, print, and events).

Data & technical storytelling: Demonstrated ability to simplify complex B2B information or data-heavy topics into clear, visually engaging communications.

Brand system evolution: Experience working within established brand guidelines while knowing how to push creative boundaries without breaking brand consistency.

3D & Advanced Motion Tools: Working knowledge or experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.
