A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

• Act as a reference expert in one or more GRC areas.
• Conduct or supervise complex risk analyses.
• Lead initiatives that require the collaboration of multiple teams.
• Develop and improve the methods, processes, tools, standards and practices of your field.
• Produce recommendations based on risks, compliance requirements and business objectives.
• Supporting stakeholders in the resolution of complex issues.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of GRC programs.
• Support the preparation and execution of audits, evaluations and assurance exercises.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the increase of GRC maturity.
• Coaching, advising and supporting less experienced RCMP Advisors.
• Act as the lead on complex files or initiatives, without necessarily owning the entire program.
• Contribute to the development of indicators, measures and monitoring mechanisms in his/her field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in one or more GRC areas.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex files.
• Ability to work with business, technology and cybersecurity teams.
• Good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, standards and practices applicable to the area of expertise.
• Experience in complex technology environments.
