We work on a hybrid basis; this role will be working 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home

We areseekinga creative and hands-onindustrial designengineer to transform ideas intodesirable, manufacturable products that delightconsumers andstrengthen our brand. This role focuses on developingconcepts and designs across a range of floorcare productsworking acrossa number ofteams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling product concepts and designs.

• Create high-quality CAD models & renders

• Drive ergonomic and user experience excellence in designs.

• Develop & contribute to CMF and Visual Brand Language

• Design & build compelling visual models and UX Prototypes

• Support design research and validation activities

• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver A-Surface Intent

• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering to integrate new UI / HMI Features into future products.

• Communicate design intent to business and key stakeholders

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s in Industrial, Product or UX Design or Equivalent

• Strong Industrial Design Experience in Consumer Product

• Excellent CAD, Sketching and Presentation Skills

• Proven ability to rapidly producehigh qualityrenders

• Experience in Design Research Methodologies (IDEO, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design)
