Senior Legal Counsel

• Manage litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution matters.
• Provide legal advice on disputes, claims, and regulatory investigations.
• Develop dispute resolution strategies and assess legal risks.
• Review legal notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage and oversee external counsel, including performance and legal spend.
• Support negotiations and pursue early resolution where appropriate.
• Monitor legal developments and advise on their business impact.
• Maintain dispute reporting and ensure compliance with legal governance requirements.
• Deliver legal awareness and dispute prevention guidance to business stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; LL.M. preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes, gained in a leading law firm and/or corporate legal department.
