Senior Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1、Be responsible for following up on scheduling plans and on-site operation specifications

2、Be responsible for the operation and management of items and documents belonging to the vehicle..

3、Be responsible for the operation of the logistics system and the release of shipping instructions,as well as the refined management of orders.

4、Be responsible for drafting,modifying and improving the on-site management rules and regulations and the operation instrument manual.

5、Be responsible for accepting,followling up and coordinating the handling of quality damage of commercial vehicles.

6、Be responsible for the settlement of expenses related to logistics and the follow-up of payments to ensure clear and accurate accounts.

7、Be responsible for the shipping progress of dealers' emergency orders and the follow-up and supervision of in-transit transportation.

8、Be responsible for assisting senior dispatch specialist in compiling reports related to base shipments and so on.

9、Be responsible for the operations such as the transship,storage,secondary shipping and return to the warehouse of the distribution center,etc.

Qualifications:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above; major in logistics, supply chain, international trade, finance or related fields is preferred.

2、Proficient in English.

3、At least 1 year of work experience in logistics-related fields.

4、Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work diligently under pressure. Must be able to follow leadership instructions.

5、Strong data sensitivity and analytical capabilities.

6、Skilled in drafting procedural documents.

7、Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
