The shipment management.

• Coordinate and Manage the capital / tools transportation.
• Manage the urgent shipments and escalation cases to meet critical business requirements.
• Monitor carrier performance, transit times, and delivery commitments.
• Support transportation cost optimization initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure import and export transactions comply with local and global trade regulations.
• Manage logistics records and documentation according to company retention requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to trade compliance and logistics operations.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Support logistics automation, digitalization, and AI initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Participate in logistics projects and supply chain transformation programs.
