The banking sector continues its transformation programmes alongside market leaders and their ecosystems. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Manager – Banking, capable of presenting topics to the firm's Executive Committee (CODIR) and Management Board (COMEX).

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Manager – Banking (M/F), you autonomously manage one or more projects with leading organisations in the sector and their ecosystems.

• Autonomously manage one or more projects with leading organisations in the sector and their ecosystems
• Contribute to commercial proposals and develop the Banking sector business (prospecting, networking, pre-sales, pitches and proposals)
• Take ownership of your recruitment and staffing
• Be accountable for your client account
• Manage your own team of Managers and Senior Consultants
• Define your practice strategy (recruitment, business, offerings) with the Executive Committee (CODIR) and Management Board (COMEX)
• Play an active role in the strategic decision-making of your practice (market intelligence, business curiosity)
• Participate in the firm's internal life (recruitment, event organisation, forum participation)
• Present topics to the Executive Committee (CODIR) and Management Board (COMEX)

Qualifications

You have strong expertise in Retail Banking. You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, business school, or engineering school.

You have at least 10 years of experience in banking consulting.

You have mastery of Banking business/IS.

You have an entrepreneurial drive and a strong ability to contribute to the practice's business development.

You are autonomous, versatile, curious, a team player, and eager to grow.

With excellent interpersonal skills, very good writing abilities, and strong synthesis skills, you currently have full mastery of the Consultant fundamentals: interviews, meeting facilitation, project management, analysis, business cases, producing high-value deliverables, and demonstrating creativity.

You are also able to manage Managers and Senior Consultants.
