Senior Manager Commercialisation

Overview

The role is accountable for the management and delivery of all reformulation projects, ensuring 100% delivery to OU commit dates. Reformulation execution is critical to deliver large programs of work e.g. Sugar Reduction & DTV while ensuring efficient E2E transition across ingredient Supply, manufacturing capacity & capability to inventory & demand management.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of large programs of work including pipeline management & prioritization across internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver sustainable Supply Chain solutions ensuring service while optimizing cost
• Collaboration with various teams including R&D, IB, PBUS, TBS, Category leads and all internal PGCS functions to drive speed and cost efficiency.
• Challenge the status quo and contribute as a thought leader and conceptual thinker.
• Provide guidance, leadership and resolution management expertise to the reformulation team fostering an environment of professional growth and development
• leverage data to analyse performance to identify systemic gaps and inform future commercialization strategies

Qualifications

Supply Chain knowledge and leadership experience with the ability to:

• Translate enterprise priorities into clear action plans
• Lead and empower a team of professionals in a fast paced environment
• Influence and bring a depth of PGCS understanding that can offer alternative and more simplified solutions without incurring business risk
• Lean in with multiple functions bringing an E2E perspective to quickly assess situations and identify solutions
• communicate at executive level delivering targeting messaging
• Drive decision making though stakeholder engagement and escalate as required

For the purposes of external advertising we have called this role Senior Manager Commercialisation. However please note that the internal job title the successful candidate will be SC Capability & Innovation Snr Manager.
