Job Summary
• This role is responsible for overseeing process and capability development efforts, leading complex analysis, and managing change for seamless execution. The role manages a team of individual contributors and/or managers, sets performance goals, and ensures all solutions meet/exceed quality standards while complying with regulations. The role stays updated with trends, monitors performance, and engages with stakeholders to identify improvement areas fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
• Develops and aligns process and capability development strategies with the organization's overall strategic goals.
• Manages a team of individual contributors and/or managers, setting team goals, providing mentorship, and assessing team performance.
• Leads complex process analysis efforts to identify areas for improvement and innovation, developing strategies and monitoring the impact on the organization’s performance.
• Oversees capability assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for development ensuring alignment of efforts with the organization’s strategic priorities.
• Develops and executes change management strategies to ensure successful process improvements and capability enhancements.
• Allocates resources, sets priorities, and monitors project performance while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Leads data collection and analysis to measure process and capability performance and uses insights to guide decision-making.
• Oversees quality assurance efforts to ensure products or services consistently meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identifies and assesses potential risks associated with process changes, capability development, and strategic initiatives and implements mitigation strategies.
• Ensures that processes and capabilities comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field.

Salary
The pay range for this role is 150,300.00 - 221,700.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
