Senior manager group consolidation

• Support monthly IFRS group closing and reporting activities to ensure accurate and high-quality consolidated reporting.

• Maintain group consolidation entries during the monthly close process.

• Perform reconciliations in specific accounting areas, including leases, pensions, and share-based compensation.

• Support Group Finance and accounting-related projects.

• Support reporting requirements, audit activities, and statutory audit follow-up actions.

• Manage the Sandoz Finance & Legal database and central controls/compliance databases.

• Maintain audit trails, internal control processes, and key control documentation and testing.

• Act as the main contact for legal entities on financial reporting and consolidation matters, while ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the Sandoz consolidation scope.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.

• 4-5 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four firm.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of IFRS accounting.

• Methodical, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work.

• Excellent analytical skills with strong conceptual thinking abilities.

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with proactive problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
