With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Manager - Operations & Industry Domain Solutions:

• Master’s degree in relevant business discipline.
• More than 8–10 years’ experience with a proven track record business/operational transformation programs, preferably in consulting.
• Experience in consumer business industry with deep understanding of core processes and value drivers.
• Managed large teams or multiple projects simultaneously where you developed the people skills to guide and develop high-performing teams.
