The Senior Manager, Supply Chain FP&A – Global Adjustments to Standards is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving global visibility, governance, forecasting, and decision support for adjustments to gross margin across brands, regions, and commercial channels.

This role owns the financial framework for key margin drivers including tariffs, duties, freight, inventory adjustments, overhead, reserves, product cost changes, and other margin-related adjustments. The Senior Manager partners closely with Regional Finance, Brand Finance, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Product, Controllership, Enterprise FP&A, and executive leadership to ensure margin assumptions are accurate, risks and opportunities are clearly understood, and financial decisions support profitable growth.

How you'll make a difference

Primary Accountabilities:

• Lead global FP&A ownership for adjustments to margin, including planning, forecasting, reporting, governance, and executive-level analysis across brands and regions.
• Develop a clear global framework for margin adjustment accounts, ensuring consistent definitions, assumptions, reporting treatment, and performance narratives.
• Partner with Brand Finance, Regional Finance, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Product, Controllership, and Enterprise FP&A to align margin assumptions and quantify financial impacts.
• Oversee analysis of tariffs, duties, inbound freight, logistics costs, overhead, inventory adjustments, product cost changes, reserves, reclasses, and other gross margin impacts.
• Translate complex margin movements into executive-ready insights, financial bridges, scenario analyses, risk assessments, and recommended actions.
• Drive quarterly forecasts, annual budget, long-range planning, and strategic plan inputs for global margin adjustment activity.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and root causes of margin variance; partner with stakeholders to support mitigation plans and improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop global Analysts and Senior Analysts supporting AGM, building capability in financial modelling, business partnership, process improvement, and executive communication.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, accounting, or supply chain finance experience, with meaningful exposure to gross margin, COGS, product cost, inventory, tariffs, duty, freight, or related margin drivers.
• 3+ years of people leadership, project leadership, or cross-functional leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, gross margin, standard costing, accruals, reserves, reclasses, allocations, and variance analysis.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, simplify complex financial topics, and drive accountability across functions and geographies.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, BPC, Power BI, Anaplan, AI-enabled analytics, or similar financial planning and reporting tools preferred.

• Effective development and coaching of the Senior Analyst AGM role, with improved analytical depth and decision support.
