ADI (Analog Devices)’s Global Operation and Technology Group has an opening for a semiconductor process integration and device engineering. The candidate will join the team to support electrical data analysis, product yield improvement, excursion prevention/resolution and technology qualification. The engineer will also be involved in the process development for ADI’s next-generation mixed-signal and BCD technologies.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

• M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, physics or equivalent field with minimum 3-7 years semiconductor industry experience
• Understanding of device performance / process integration interactions
• Understanding of integrated circuit functionality and device characterization
• Strong analytical mind with problem solving skills
• Highly skilled at multitasking, having attention to detail, and teamwork abilities

Working place: Hsinchu, Tainan
