About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled, forward-thinking Senior Motion Designer to join our international Creative Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our visual identity through movement, storytelling, high-impact digital experiences, and modern generative AI tools.

As a Senior Motion Designer, you won't just animate—you will lead creative concepts, elevate our visual craft, integrate innovative AI workflows into design processes, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams (designers, digital marketers, and developers) to deliver standout motion assets for digital campaigns, out-of-home (DOOH) platforms, and app interfaces.

If you are a master of After Effects, skilled in static design, experienced in node-based AI workflows, and passionate about pioneering AI integration in motion design, we’d love to have you on board!

Your Mission:

• End-to-End Motion Creation: Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute complex 2D animations and motion graphics that drive engagement across digital marketing channels.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows: Leverage emerging Generative AI tools (including node-based workflows in platforms like Magnific) to upscale, generate, enhance, and iterate motion and image assets efficiently.
• AI Innovation & Experimentation: Stay ahead of generative AI trends, testing new tools/plugins and actively integrating AI tech into the creative team's daily workflow.
• Large-Scale & Non-Standard DOOH: Design and format animated video banners for large-scale, non-standard digital screens (e.g., stadium LED boards, metro display networks, digital billboards).
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Lead video editing projects, execute professional color correction, and build engaging visual sequences for multi-channel video campaigns.
• In-App & Interactive Motion: Create, optimize, and export lightweight motion graphics for app and web platforms using Lottie/JSON workflows.
• Brand & Creative Leadership: Help maintain and evolve our visual identity and motion guidelines, ensuring high standards and consistency across all markets and international stakeholders.
• Process & Mentorship: Act as a technical and AI-design expert within the team, sharing best practices, streamlining workflows, and guiding design colleagues.

Qualifications

Your Heroic Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or visual design within an agency, tech company, or in-house creative team.
• 2D Animation Expertise: Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects and deep understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual pacing.
• Generative AI & Node Workflows: Hands-on experience working with generative AI tools, specifically building and tweaking node-based visual workflows (e.g., Magnific / Freepik Spaces, ComfyUI, or similar canvas-node editors).
• Growth Mindset for AI: Strong curiosity and passion for experimenting with and driving the adoption of AI-assisted creativity across motion and static assets.
• Video & Post-Production: Strong proficiency in video editing and color grading tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Static Design Fundamentals: Solid foundation in static visual design, layouts, typography, and asset preparation using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Tech-Savvy / Lottie Expertise: Practical experience in building, optimizing, and exporting animations via Lottie / JSON for digital products and apps.
• Global Communication: Communicative to fluent English (written and spoken)—you feel comfortable working, presenting ideas, and collaborating in a multicultural environment.
• Portfolio: A strong motion design reel/portfolio demonstrating 2D animation, video editing, DOOH/digital creative work, and examples of AI integration or advanced visual experimentation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience or working knowledge of 3D design/animation (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D).
• Sound design skills (audio editing, mixing, sound effects layering).
• Experience working on global scale digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) campaigns or large event media.
