Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a community adult service in Wolverhampton.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Complete community OT assessments.
- Assess and recommend standard and specialist equipment, including seating.
- Assess for minor and major adaptations.
- Make recommendations for Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).
- Recommend major adaptations including stairlifts, level-access showers, vertical lifts and ramps.
- Work with individuals, families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and provide professional recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with adults in a community setting.
- Strong equipment and adaptations experience.
- Experience recommending major adaptations is highly advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Strong communication and assessment skills.
