About the Role

Are you ready to turn corporate agreements into revenue by activating accounts and building strong day-to-day partnerships? This role is central to managing an assigned portfolio of corporate entities from offer extension through to first ticketed booking. It plays an important part in sustaining production after launch and supporting commercial growth across the corporate segment. A core part of the role is preparing and submitting fare filing requests against each entity’s Org ID, then verifying accuracy once fares are loaded. You will also test bundle display through preferred agents and drive resolution of any discrepancies.Working closely with Travel Management Companies, this position supports smooth account activation and ongoing servicing. It also includes delivering workshops and refresher sessions on corporate deal mechanics, booking processes, and our network and product offering. In addition, the role focuses on maintaining activation trackers, producing production reports, and handling daily account requests such as waivers within policy, group referrals, servicing escalations, and travel policy queries. You can also expect to support the rollout of the corporate model to larger accounts and represent us at customer events and industry forums across the Kingdom. This is a high-impact commercial role where your precision, customer focus, and account management skills will help convert partnerships into lasting revenue growth.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate 4 years of experience in an airline, Travel Management Company, or corporate travel agency environment.

You will bring strong knowledge of fares, ticketing, New Distribution Capability (NDC), corporate fare structures, and Excel-based reporting, along with confident presentation skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple account activations effectively.
