Senior Operations and Experience Specialist

Overview

The Sr. Operations and Experience Specialist ensures seamless operational processes and supports initiatives that enhance the employee and customer experience. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional workflows, and contributing to initiatives that align with organizational goals. The Sr. Specialist also plays a key role in supporting facilities operations, ensuring a productive, well-maintained, and positive work environment. As a key resource, the Sr. Specialist will analyze, optimize, and support day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and uncover opportunities to streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and experience enhancements
• Analyze data and metrics to monitor operational performance and provide actionable insights
• Lead planning and implementation of initiatives that drive employee and customer satisfaction
• Direct operational workflows, ensuring timelines, priorities, and objectives are met
• Provide support for tools, systems, and processes that contribute to a positive user experience
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and recommend solutions
• Serve as a point of contact for questions related to operational procedures and best practices
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Proactively communicate and report status updates to keep leadership informed on operational progress and challenges
• Support facilities management tasks, including coordinating office maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with space planning and logistics
• Ensure a productive and safe work environment by monitoring facilities-related issues and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data analysis platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build effective partnerships across teams
• Familiarity with facilities operations or vendor coordination is a plus
• Experience in employee or customer experience roles preferred
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
• Experience working with systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency preferred
• Strong understanding of data reporting and analysis tools preferred
• Experience with facilities management or office operations preferred

Pay Range

USD $19.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
