The role in detail

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Professional to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. In this role, you will provide payroll and HR administration support for a corporate client, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll processes.

Working closely with clients and a team of experienced professionals, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of payroll services, identify opportunities for improvement and adapt effectively to changes in a dynamic environment.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time

• Identify and propose solutions to various payroll-related issues

• Deliver excellent client service

• Work in a team of qualified, highly motivated professionals

• Identify opportunities for improvement and be resourceful in making them happen

• Anticipate change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• 4-5 years of professional experience in Payroll

• Payroll experience with Pylon HRM, along with good knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation

• Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential for client deliverables and communications

• Knowledge and experience in the information system of ERGANI

• Committed to excellence; efficient and effective when it comes to deadlines

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to deliver high-quality service and solutions, and a strong work ethic

• Motivation for career progression and development

• Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
