Senior Ping Customer IAM Developer

Job Overview

TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly skilled PingOne Developer to design, develop, and support scalable customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions across our global digital platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in PingOne and PingOne DaVinci, capable of building authentication and orchestration workflows from scratch rather than simply administering existing solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing secure, seamless authentication experiences for customers, partners, and internal users while collaborating closely with IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customer identity and authentication solutions using PingOne DaVinci.

• Build custom authentication, registration, onboarding, and user journey workflows from the ground up.

• Configure and support PingOne platform components, including:

  • PingOne

  • Ping Directory

  • Ping Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Ping Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Develop and maintain API integrations and custom connectors between identity platforms and business applications.

• Create authentication workflows supporting multiple digital platforms and ecosystems.

• Troubleshoot complex authentication, federation, and identity-related issues in production environments.

• Analyze SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication flows and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.

• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.

• Participate in security reviews, architecture discussions, and compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), security engineering, software development, or related fields.

• Proven hands-on experience developing solutions within PingOne.

• Strong experience building workflows using PingOne DaVinci.

• Ability to create new workflows and authentication journeys from scratch.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale authentication and identity platforms.

• Background in troubleshooting authentication, federation, and IAM-related issues.
