- Manage complex cases, including those requiring court involvement, and provide high-quality reports and evidence.
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews, ensuring the child’s voice is central to all decisions.
- Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members, promoting best practice.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports in line with professional standards.

Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualified experience in a permanent role (DFE requirement)
- CIC and court experience essential
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
