A Day in the Life

The Global Pricing Insights & Analytics team supports pricing strategy and commercial decision-making across Service & Repair businesses worldwide. The team partners with pricing, finance, commercial, and operational stakeholders to develop analytical solutions that improve pricing performance, profitability, and business outcomes through data-driven insights.
This position is based in Prague, Czechia and follows a hybrid work model.

As a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst, you will lead pricing and contracting analytics initiatives that translate complex business data into actionable recommendations. You will partner with global stakeholders to identify pricing opportunities, develop analytical methodologies, support implementation of pricing strategies, and measure business impact across service agreements, service orders, spare parts, and related offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing analytics projects from business problem definition through implementation support and performance measurement.
• Develop analytical methodologies, models, and recommendations to improve pricing performance and profitability.
• Analyze pricing, financial, customer, contract, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Create and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service analytics solutions that support business decision-making.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to define pricing rules, governance requirements, and success metrics.
• Evaluate commercial performance using price-volume-mix, price realization, benchmarking, profitability, and related analyses.
• Translate analytical findings into business cases, executive-ready presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, documentation, and scalable analytical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, strategy, contracting, or business analytics.
• Advanced SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI skills.
• Experience leading end-to-end analytical projects from requirements definition through implementation and performance tracking.
• Experience analyzing large and complex datasets to support business decisions and commercial outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a global business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience with pricing strategy, contract pricing, profitability analysis, price realization, or price-volume-mix methodologies.
• Experience with Agile ways of working and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, manufacturing, or service-based commercial organizations.
• Experience developing automated reporting, pricing tools, or self-service analytics solutions.
