Senior Private Banker - KSA Desk

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Oversee strategic planning and execution of high-value client acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment with the bank's growth objectives.

· Develop and implement innovative investment strategies to meet the unique needs of H/UHNW clients, leveraging market insights and financial acumen.

· Drive business development and client acquisition efforts, fostering strong, lasting relationships with H/UHNW individuals.

· Utilize advanced financial modeling and analysis to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making at the executive level.

· Serve as a key role model and mentor, providing guidance and support to the Private Banking team, including less experienced bankers and assistants.

· Demonstrate extensive expertise in risk management, compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and regulatory procedures.

· Cultivate and expand a robust network for client acquisition and business growth.

· Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance the bank’s market presence and competitive positioning within the private banking sector.

YOUR PROFILE

· Bachelor's degree (minimum).

· Additional certifications in finance.

· At least 10 years' experience in private banking.

· Expertise in negotiation, business development and client acquisition.

· Outstanding relationship management skills.
