Role Overview

The Senior Producer leads Tribe X's most complex productions while elevating the standards, capability, and commercial performance of the production function.

This role exists to turn ambitious creative ideas into exceptional production outcomes by providing strategic direction, building high-performing teams, strengthening production processes, and ensuring every project is delivered with operational excellence. It is suited to someone who leads with confidence, makes sound commercial decisions, and develops others while consistently delivering outstanding work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex productions from creative brief through final delivery with full ownership of scope, budget, quality, and execution.
• Define production strategies, execution approaches, resource plans, and production methodologies for high-profile projects.
• Own commercial performance by building budgets, managing forecasts, protecting margins, and driving cost efficiency throughout production.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, production partners, talent, and vendors while building long-term strategic relationships.
• Establish production standards, workflows, quality benchmarks, and best practices across the department.
• Lead Producers, Junior Producers, and Production Coordinators by providing coaching, direction, mentorship, and performance support.
• Drive proactive planning, risk management, and contingency strategies to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the senior production advisor for internal teams, clients, and leadership on production feasibility and execution.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency through better planning, documentation, and scalable production processes.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance production culture across every project.
  

What You Bring (Qualifications):

Must-Have

• 6 years+ leading complex commercial productions within agencies, production houses, or creative environments.
• Near-native English (written and spoken)
• Proven ownership of multi-million EGP production budgets, commercial planning, and profitability.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale photo and video productions from concept through delivery.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional production teams and developing junior talent.
• Unrestricted ability to travel internationally from Egypt (including early calls and weekends).
• Excellent commercial judgment with confidence making high-impact production decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across clients, creatives, suppliers, and executive leadership.
• Cultural fluency and professionalism across Europe, US and GCC
• Confidence in professional pushback and boundary-setting

Nice to Have

• Experience producing campaigns for luxury, hospitality, tourism, or premium global brands.
• Experience managing international productions across multiple markets simultaneously.
• Strong supplier network across production, post-production, talent, and specialist partners.
• Experience implementing production systems, workflows, or operational improvements.

Within your first 90 days, you have successfully led complex productions with confidence while strengthening the overall production function. Teams operate with greater clarity, projects are commercially well-managed, risks are anticipated before they become issues, and production standards continue to improve through your leadership and guidance.
