Senior Product Designer - AI & Automation

We're looking for a senior product designer who has already moved beyond using AI as a shortcut - and is actively building it into their daily workflow.

The right person can turn a vague problem into a working prototype fast, communicates well with engineers, and is genuinely comfortable in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end - from problem framing to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff

• Work autonomously in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction

• Rapidly translate vague briefs into structured approaches and testable outputs

• Build and iterate AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate delivery

• Create prototypes that feel near-functional - not just wireframes

• Collaborate closely with developers, thinking in systems and components

• Present design decisions clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders

• Contribute across multiple workstreams simultaneously
  

Requirements

• Senior-level UX/Product Design experience across complex digital products

• Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily design work - not occasional, habitual

• Proficiency with Figma, including MCP integration and Figma Make

• Comfortable working with Claude, Copilot, or equivalent AI agents in a design context

• Experience with enterprise or B2B products - complex systems, not just consumer apps

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to defend decisions under pressure

• Technical fluency - you don't need to code, but you need to think like someone who does

• Background across multiple sectors and product types

• Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise compliance requirements

• Available to commute to Lisbon for a hybrid setup (2 days/week on-site)

• Preferably available to start within 30 days
