Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products
- Supply chain, fulfillment experience is a plus
- Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments
- Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting
- Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box
- A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
- High energy and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Highly motivated, self-driven, proactive, excited to work in a fast paced and culturally diverse work environment
