What we offer

Within the Digital & Data Department, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to embody the Group Product Strategy and drive the evolution of our B2C,B2B,and B2B2C digital journeys.

In an international, multi-region environment undergoing significant transformation, you willbe responsible forturning complex business challenges into simple,consistent,and measurable digital experiences for our visitors,retailers,and local teams.

You will play a key role inidentifyingproduct opportunities, aligning stakeholders,prioritizingvalueand measuring the business impact of our initiatives.

This role is designed for a senior profile able to combine strategic vision, business acumen, userorientationand data culturetoturnproductambition into concrete resultsatan internationalscale.

The Senior Product Manager exists to ensure that URW’s digital products create measurable business value whileremainingscalable across multiple regions.

The roleis responsible fortransforming complex business opportunities into user-centric, data-driven products, aligning five autonomous regions around a shared productstrategyand ensuring that local needs influence global priorities.

🚩 What will your day-to-day look like?

1. Product craft

  • Act as the key entry point for stakeholders on B2C and/or B2B consumer journeys.
  • Convert local and corporate needs into structured product inputs: opportunity statements, target users, success metrics,constraintsand acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate standards: UX patterns, taxonomy, analytics/tracking, privacy/complianceand technical feasibility.
  • Manage the request lifecycle end toend:discovery, sizing,prioritization,deliveryreadiness, go-to-marketmaterialand post-launch measurement.
  • Regularly communicate the roadmap and product progress to cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Leads and our Shopping Centre teams in France,Europeand the US.
  • Contribute to the product’s functional architecture.
  • Support the creation of a core model while aligning stakeholders across five international regions.

2. Business & commercial acumen

  • Build lightweight business cases and business plans, including opportunity sizing, assumptions, scenario thinking, ROIlogicand executive narratives.
  • Understand how digital levers connect to commercial value, such as conversion intent, partnervalueand operational efficiency.

3. Global / multinational organisation experience

  • Operate effectively in large, structured, multinational digitalorganisations, balancing governance,standardisationversuslocalisation, cross-countryalignmentand matrix stakeholder management.

4. Technical literacy, strong dimension with no codingrequired

  • Understand modern digital architectures and patterns: CMS/content models, APIs/integrations, analytics/tracking pipelines, experimentation basics, performance and non-functional requirements including security, legal,scalabilityand privacy.
  • Collaborate effectively withtecharchitect:ask the right questions,anticipateintegration impacts,identifyedgecasesand translate needs into implementable requirements.
  • Be comfortable producing and reading journey flows, system context maps, dependencymapsand tracking plans.

5. Product delivery and maintenance

  • Facilitate theprioritisationof product features and requirements by balancing business needs and technical readiness with other product leads.
  • Forma complementary partnership with the dedicated Product Owner to deliver the product roadmap. You own the “why” and the “what” of the product, working closely with the Product Owner, who drives the backlog, operationalcoordinationand delivery with tech& designteams.
  • Build andmonitorthe go-to-market plan to ensure adoption of our initiatives and businesstractionfrom launch.

6. Data, measurement &optimisation

  • Define measurement plans, including KPIs, funnels and event taxonomy, ensure tracking readiness beforelaunch, interpretperformanceand convert insights intoprioritisedimprovements.

  • Ability to build a product strategy and translate it into aprioritisedroadmap.
  • Ability to arbitrate between business value, userexperienceand technical feasibility.
  • Experience in go-to-market and product adoption.
  • Strong command of analytics, experimentation, discovery, KPIframeworksandsolid experience with CMS solutions.
  • Ability tooperatein a complex,decentralised,international&corporate environment.
