Job Summary

As a Product Manager at GovTech, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing digital products that enhance government services and improve citizens' lives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, create user-centric solutions, and deliver high-impact technology products for the public sector.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
2. Conduct market research and gather user insights to inform product strategy and roadmap
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators
4. Prioritize features and create detailed product requirements documents
5. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery
6. Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
8. Facilitate communication between various teams and government agencies
9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
10. Present product updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology sector
3. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
6. Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams
7. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
8. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
9. Experience with government digital transformation projects is a plus
10. Passion for leveraging technology to improve public services and citizen experiences

Working with Engineering Manager to lead a team of Data Engineers to develop data and AI products.

Preferably with experience managing data products.

Experience with AWS data products is a bonus
