Experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of strategic projects.

This opportunity is suited to an accomplished programme leader who has successfully managed multiple complex projects and led a team of project managers. The successful candidate will be accountable for coordinating interconnected workstreams, guiding cross-functional delivery teams and ensuring that strategic business solutions are delivered within the agreed scope, cost, timelines and quality standards.

## Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Type of Qualification: Project Management Professional(PMP) - preferred

Experience Required
Project Management and Programme Management

• More than 10 years’ experience in programme and project management.
• Proven experience leading project managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Direct people-management experience, with team members reporting into you.
• Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams and dependencies within a broader programme.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale strategic change or business transformation programmes.
• Strong programme governance, financial management, risk management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• The ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders and drive accountability across multiple teams.
