Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager leads the execution of complex electrical construction projects from planning through closeout. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this role is accountable for technical execution, project performance, and customer outcomes.

This position is designed for a decisive leader who thrives in complex environments, solves challenging problems, and drives projects to successful completion through disciplined planning, sound judgment, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Own Project Execution

• Lead complex projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Anticipate risks and make timely decisions that keep projects moving.

Drive Technical & Financial Performance

• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and resources.
• Solve technical and operational challenges with practical, data-driven solutions.
• Ensure disciplined execution across multiple projects.

Build Trusted Client Partnerships

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Provide clear communication and resolve issues with confidence.
• Support business development through technical credibility and execution excellence.

Lead High-Performing Teams

• Mentor Project Managers and project support staff.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop technical capability while fostering ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years managing complex electrical construction or industrial projects.
• Demonstrated success leading technically demanding projects with full P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
