About the role
Join our Global IT team and lead the delivery of complex technology projects across Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners, you will drive initiatives covering planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and fulfilment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business goals. You will be reporting to the Senior Program Manager -Supply Chain Systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain Systems projects and programmes.
- Scope of Delivery: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Architecture, Engineering and external partners.
- Drive technology initiatives across supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
- Establish effective governance, reporting and executive communications.
- Ensure smooth transition of solutions into operational support
About you:
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in global environments.
- Strong background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement or Planning systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors and third-party delivery partners.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology delivery, integrations and change management.
Nice to have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Warehouse Management solutions.
