  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction and real estate development sector.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale residential, commercial, and administrative projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera, MS Office, and CAD.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
