Senior QA/QC Manager
The Senior QA/QC Manager will lead all quality assurance and quality control functions across the project. This role ensures that all construction activities, materials, and processes meet the highest standards of compliance, safety, and performance. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in high-rise developments within Saudi Arabia and excels at implementing robust quality systems, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s QA/QC management system in alignment with international standards and project requirements.
- Oversee inspection and testing activities for all construction phases, ensuring full compliance with specifications and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead quality audits, non-conformance management, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent execution.
- Review and approve quality documentation, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance quality outcomes.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to QA/QC teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Prepare regular quality reports and present findings to project leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Architectural, or related discipline.
- Relevant professional membership or certification (e.g., ISO, PMP, CQE) is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles for high-rise tower projects.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong understanding of local codes and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working on large-scale or mega projects is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Saudi national candidates are preferred.
